Established in 1983, the Department of Spanish Language and Literature at Korea University has been a leading institution in Spanish and Latin American studies in Korea for over four decades. The department is dedicated to exploring the languages, literatures, cultures, and societies of the Spanish-speaking world, fostering both humanistic depth and global vision.
Our faculty, with diverse academic backgrounds and international experience, provide a curriculum that integrates systematic language training with comprehensive studies in literature, history, culture, and society.
